Bottle 33 cl. Hazy yellowish golden with a tiny, white head. Funky, Bretty nose. Medium body, an initial sweetness that soon turns to a dry tartness - a bit like an artisan applecider. Dry finish. Well executed. 030420

Bottle, 5.2%. Faint floral hop aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Big stable plasticky white head. The flavour is malty, spicily fruity. Has a low bitterness. Weak bready finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with profuse, airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with mild notes of citrus and touches of hops. Bitter, grassy and hoppy flavour with estery notes and touches of malt. Citric and bitter aftertaste with touches of yeast. Not but, just a little tame.

Bottle 33 cl. Comes a slow gusher. Pours golden with a slight haze and a solid, white head. Has a slightly, funky Brett nose. Since no Brett was used I assume the barrel used was contaminated - or I am entirely wrong. There's a distinct, fatty apple note to it but also some unpleasant stingy phenols from the fermentation, Feels a little like an apple wine - too sweet and too much body to have a cider feeling. Some warming alcohol late. Promising, but those phenols are off-putting. 170220

Bottle 33 cl. Odd reddish/orange color with a slight haze and a small, white head. Odd, sweet aroma - comes out a bit like diacetyl, which it isn't. Medium body, weird, unclean berry notes and then again this unpleasant sweetness. An for further unbalance add a very bitter finish. A failed experiment - sorry. 030220

ABV: 6.6%. Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, funky, brett, grapes, leather, yeast, wine. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, fruit - grapes, yeast, wine, funky, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191101]

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a dense, lacing white head. Very subtle aroma - you have to sniff hard to get a hint of the bison grass. Medium body, fruity, spicy, herbal - the bison grass is really coming through now if never exactly dominant. Ends dry and hoppy. Kinda neat. 280120
