Description
Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer.
The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous.
Liquid Mistress, Under Current, Sound Wave and Broken Dream are here to tease, sway and persuade. They gently beckon you to a new world of taste. Let yourself be carried away. Be enticed…

Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, 09/03/13. Clear pale golden with a thin off white head that retains well. Nose is juicy hops, orange, pine, grass, touch of booze. Taste comprises fresh hops, pine, orange, light peach notes, tequila notes, brown sugars. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, some bitterness in the finish. Good IPA fayre - very little difference from the base beer other than a hint of tequila which is not detrimental to the overall falvour of the beer but perhaps is a distraction to a good overall IPA!

Cask at Craft Beer Co Islington, 09/03/13 - thanks to Ken for the pour. Mid black with a thin tan head that clears to the edge. Nose is chocolate, vanilla, light nutty tones, dark malts. Taste comprises light chilli kick - well executed in this respect and never domineering, roast malts, vanilla, brown sugars, chocolate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, dry in the finish. Very good stout and well balanced in respect to the chilli factor.

Cask at craft, 13th March 13. Above average ale, nice, but I would have the others in the siren range over this

Cask at craft, 13th march 13. Good clean and smooth stout, I liked this, probably more so than the chili version

Keg at craft, 13th march 13. A bit pissed that I live 3 miles from the brewery and needed to go to London to sample the beers, still I work in moorgate, so good for me. This is a good IPA, lots of fruit on the nose and I the taste, peach and apricot come through, I could drink a fair bit, would be interested in the cask version

Keg and cask at craft islington, 13 th march 13. This is a great red ale, liked this on both cask and keg, both had positives, more carbonation on keg, as expected, but the cask was my preferred, great beer

Cask at craft islington, 13th march 2013. This is a good take on the base stout, the vanilla comes through at first and a great chilli kick at the end, not sure I could drink a pint though
