Pure white bubbly head stayed well on a highly carbonated, hazy orange body. Tangy aroma of bitter hops, lemon zest & floral. Medium bodied, airy in the mouth - crisp and clean back. Bitter tasting with citrus & hops yet at the same there’s the traditional wheat & floral tastes of lager. Almost like a shandy. An interesting conception - and it works well.

Keg at The Cock. It pours clear yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is grainy, earth, hay, biscuit, bread, cat litter and some white sugar. The taste is crisp, dry, decent, bitterness, straw, grass, floral, white bread and some white pepper. Finish is drying and kind of spicy. Ok, but not game changer.

Light sweet flavour with note of dry pale grains, dried citrus rind, biscuits, tangerine meringue. Light bodied with average carbonation. Well balance in the finish, with some biscuits, lemon rind, melon, faint grass, hay. Quite nice on the whole.
