Bottle. Cloudy red chestnut, low head. Sweet toffee and spice nose, Medium body, sweet dry caramelized notes, light roast, Mellow mouthfeel. Pleasant balance. Dry chocolate roast finish.

Aroma is elderberry juice, lots of belgian yeast, cookie dough. Taste is green weizen type, a bit sour and yeasty. Not too bad.

Bottle. Cloudy/murky orange amber, no head. Spicy nose, christmas cookies, heather, caramel and anise. Medium to full mellow body. Nourishing sweetness, dry spice, light grassy notes, relatively quick finish. Best beer so far, but they all lack a moreish quality.
