500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark red with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of tart cherries upfront, with wild yeast, and some light oak. Flavour is quite tart, with lots of bright tart cherries, a touch of wild yeast, and some oak. Tart and vinous. Nice stuff.

Tasting at Erik’s; can; 8% ABV
Black colour, small beige head. Huge coconut aroma. Chocolate flavour, big coconut flavour, but rather dry, it needs some more sugars to really elevate the coconut; roasted nuts. Spirit notes, maybe rum, this blends well with the coconut.
A bit too dry, not bad.
