Corked and caged 375 ml bottle from the brewery, via delivery, 6/21/201. From the Temps Perdu: Adventuresome set. Bottled 9/29/18. Pinkish-orange color with a thin head that dissipates quickly down to nothing. Funky, elderflower, and stone fruit. Some herbal and spice tinges as well. Good bit of wood to it. Rather tart and acidic. Well done.
