Description
The Referend Bier Blendery practices the neglected art of waiting, of letting nature run its course, to produce a beer of depth and character inimitable through technological shortcuts or chemical interference. These beers are:
-100% spontaneously fermented
-no yeast cultures are added at any point in the process
-Fermented and matured in oak barrels
-neutral oak imparts little flavor and allows the beer to breathe
-Unfiltered, Unpasteurized, Unsweetened to sustain the beer's natural essence
-Built for posterity
-bottles are capable of decades of aging
-Acidic and complex (not basic.)

Can shared in London - sourced from the blendery. Pours unclear pink with a small, foamy white head. Great stuff, rounded berry tartness, accents of tangy peach, mellow acidity. Light to medium bodiednwith fine, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, more lemony tartness, peach, cleansing acidity. Solid.
