Description
Traditional hand-made whole juice cider, pressed by the sea in Pembrokeshire. We collect many of our apples locally, including specific Pembrokeshire varieties and also venture far afield for high quality fruit.

20/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of acidic apple, light funk, baked apple, solvent. Moderate sweetness. Medium sours. Medium body, oily, fizzy. Light dry tart finish. Very nice.

BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, juicy, fruity. Taste is sweet, apple, juicy & fruity, with alittle funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Quite OK

BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Hazy orange gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, mellow funk, woody, fruity. Taste is sweetish, apple, woody, biscuit hint, with mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle bought at the Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Pours a golden colour, sparkling, with a white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple & fruity orchardy funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, orchardy, with some sharp acetic funk and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

BIAB at 2018 Welsh Perry & Cider Festival, Caldicot. Orange gold colour, no head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is musty apple, bittersweet, with hints of vinegary funk and biscuit, plus some dry tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite OK

Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ GBBF 2016, [ Great British Beer Festival 2016 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Pontymeddyg Pandemig ].Unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apples, red apples - yellow apples, apple pie. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apple pie, sweet apple, funky. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20160809] 6-2-7-3-15

Draft @ GBBF 16. Pours clear gold, aroma of ripe sweet apple fruit. Taste is smooth, luscious medium apple fruit. Really quite a nice organic fruity taste with no discernible tannins. Very moreish.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Slightly unclear yellow color, no head. Smell and taste are medium sweet, but fortunately not that sugary so I don’t dislike it.
