Orange color hazy, short bubbly white head. Flavors of apricot, peach, plum, banana, hay, grains, cookies, Brandy, starch, yeast. Strong carbonation, medium body, slick texture. Sugary taste, sticky, lots of make sweetness, balanced by spices, lemon and light peppery and grassy hops. Finish is buttery with fruit juices and honey. Noticeable high abv, leading to a vinous finish, heavy alcohol without bad aftertaste. 7 2 6 3 13

Tap at the brewery. Orange to copper color, light haze, big white head, persistent. Aroma of green apple and lemon with some bread and cookie. Taste is fruity, sweet, light sour. Carbonation is extreme, this is pure liquid CO2. Light body, juicy finish with a leftover of apple juice and sugar.
