Bottle at Stadsbrouwhuis Leiden. Hazy amber colour lasting beige head. Herbal aroma although doesn’t become too flowery or perfumed. Ok mouthfeel. Some sweet toffee. Light bitterness on the finish. Ground black pepper and herb aroma. It’s ok. A little pepper heat on the finish. Ok.

0.25 l on tap at the brewpub. Minimally hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy aroma of lemon, some grapefruit and fresh grass. Fresh, fruity-grassy taste of lemon, fresh grass, some grapefruit and a touch of honeyish malts, followed by a short, moderately bitter, grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice one, quite refreshing!
