Bottle. Pours hazy paæe straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus, yeast, and malty touches, with touches of banana. Citric flavour with notes of yeast and malt, amd a spicy finish, with a dry aftertaste. Well, not bad as a beer, but certainly true to the statement in the commercial description that even Bavarians would raise an eyebrow. More like a Beligian white rather than a traditional Hefeweizen.

Bottle, 5.4%. Ok banana aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Fizzy white head. The flavour has banana, a touch of lemon ad clove, a little sweetness. Fairly mild for a Hefeweizen, but good.

Bottle, 5.1%. Good floral hop aroma with a whiff of old fruit. Hazy yellow colour. Semi-stable white head. The flavour is papery and ok malty. Has a rather astringent bitterness, though. Herbal bitterness, not so pleasant.

Bottle. Pours clear pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with touches of malt and hints of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery notes and malty touches. Estery and hoppy aftertaste with malty and acidic touches. Reasonable for the style but nothing really impressive.

Slightly sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apple, some hay and traces of sulfur. Gently sweet, minimally sourish, moderately dry, gently fruity taste of ripe apple, light pear and hints of walnut, followed by a short, minimally tartish, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent cider.

Sweetish, gently fruity-floral and slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains, some lemon peel and hints of fresh grass. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw, some lemon peel and light fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, rather quaffable but also a bit simple.
