Light body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes citric, earthy, spices, thyme, grassy, flowery, lavender, bit peppery. Finishes almost a bit on the sweet side with notes of lavender, thyme and citric notes. Nice, but could use some more sourness

Light body, light carbonation, bit watery mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, citric, bit buttery, bit watery, grassy, peppery, leathery. Finishes medium bitter with notes of grass, citrus and some earthy notes. Okish, balance is not that great

Tap. Cloudy golden, creamy golden head. Light Brett on citrus nose, a hint perfume, bergamot, flowery, mineral. Medium to full, slightly sticky sweet base, ice tea with apricot, slightly artificial, yeasty clay, sweet jammy, light sticky finish.

Draught at the brewpub as Double IPA, 7.5% abv. Almost clear, pale amber colored. AROMA- tropical fruit, candies. FLAVOR- slightly sweet and bitter, fruity, malty, candies. Fuller bodied.

Draught at the brewpub. Brown to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, sweet fruity, plum jam (povidla), prunes. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, roasted malts, fruity again. Medium bodied.
