Bottle @ Fjellerup, trade by Rotin & Ascelja, huge thanks. Pours almost black with a huge light tan head. Aroma of light sourness, roast malt, yeast, wet wood, oak, light spice, light cocoa, light vanilla. Flavor is light bitter, light sour, roast malt, loads of wet wood, oak, light vanilla, - infection. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, tart light bitter finish. 151022

(tap 0,2l @ Na Stojáka Pekanda (Brno)) Overall: Nice tropical fruity NEIPA. Aroma: Tropical fruits, citrusy, mango. Appearance: Cloudy golden. Long lasting white head. Taste: Light sweet, juicy fruity, tropical fruity, light bitter. Palate: Creamy texture. Medium body. Bitter finish.

Tap at Kulový Blesk. Murky orange body, thick off-white head. Citric, grapey, herbal aroma, a bit sharp. Full citrus fruit and grape gum taste lightly herbal, clean, quite pleasant, creamy.

Tap at Kulový Blesk. Golden body, white head. Wild herbs, citrus fruits and white grapes in the aroma. Nice, soft taste, lovely clean malty background, with a wilf herb, fresh hoppiness, bit citric. Lovely balance.

Tap at Beer Geek. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Med-high sweetness, also med-high bitterness, light astringency. The malt character is relatively simple, with hard to distinguish from the special ingredients. There is med-high syrupy caramelly flavour, which seems to be associated with the maple syrup though. Lots of coffee, but feels like it is derived from the actual coffee, some goes for the astringency present. Medium bourbon flavour, slightly boozy. Overall the beer is good, just feels rather empty and simple considering all the special techniques used. Good but not great.

Tap at Bombovar. Apparently I got the last beer from the keg. That does not excuse that it was basically 50% hops and yeast matter. Should not happen to this degree. Very muddy yellowish colour, solid white head. Med-high bitterness, light sweetness. Lots of citrusy hops character, grassy too from the hops matter. Must have been nice previously. Only deducing a few points for the lack of consistency of keg.

Clear black beer, big creamy irregular beige head, a bit stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, yeasty, banana, more yeast, malty, gentle roast. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet, alcohol, sugary, malty, bitter, very roasted, coffee, decent. Aftertaste: more roast, alcohol, grains, more alcohol, sweet, a bit sourish, infected maybe? Then we drank it just in time.
