Description
Woodman's Wild Ale specialises in beers brewed with seasonal and wild plants, with a particular interest in the use of wild yeasts and bacteria in producing sour and farmhouse ales. We brew both historical and modern styles, taking inspiration from different countries brewing traditions and our surroundings in the beautiful countryside of Cornwall.

Our beers are available in keg, cask and bottle and we also run foraging walks and brew days, as well as food and beer pairing events throughout the year

Many thanks to my BrewDog Secret Santa 20. Fruity nose. The beer starts mild and creamy. Very dry, hints of sourness and deep intense coffee aroma. Roast, grainy and smooth lactic finish.
