Pig’s Ear Fest. Cask. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth dark malts, mild dark chocolate that is slightly powdery. Generic dark fruits. A light semi dry finish shows a pinch of spice. Nothing here that is not like a thousand other stouts but Round Tower do get a nice smoothness on theirs.

Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry - reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts sweetish. A trace of sulphur, annoying none the less. Light orange and lemon citrus. Light dry finish. Could have been good without the bad eggs.
