Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Palate is light, dry and minerally crisp. Mellow dark malts, some tangy chocolate. Tangy dark fruits. Some bitterness before the smooth dry finish. Tidy but ironically not that chocolatey and itโs another decent stout from Round Tower but it would be nice if they changed the record now and again.
