Bottle 50 cl. Pours a murky, opaque goldenish with a lacing white head. Lovely fresh strawberry aroma. Medium body, again strawberries, a discreet underlying tartness but not too disturbing. Quite decent. 301014

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Some sweet fruit notes in the nose - combined with unpleasant phenols - moldy too. Medium body, some sweet maltiness and then again this horrible moldy note. Hardly any hops. 301014

Bottle, thanks to little brother. A hazy, amber colored beer topped a small, off-white head. The aroma is malty and hay-ish, with some apples and resins. Not very good, but at least not off. The same goes for the flavor, which has fruityness dominating. Medium body, soft carbonation. Caramel and some fruityness in the finish. Sort of decent, nothing more. 141018

500 ml bottle, probably from Voldby Købmandsgaard. Like all beers from this brewery, it is organic. BB date was 6. Oct. 2012. ABV is 5.4%. Deep golden to brown colour, slightly hazy. Low white head. Fruity aroma of over-ripe berries and stale jam. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour has the same fruity notes as the aroma, but is not too sweet. Unfortunately there is hardly any sign of hops.

500 ml bottle, from Voldby Kømandsgaard. BB date 30.12.2013. ABV is 5.5%. Amber colour, pours fizzy with a moderate to low white head. Aroma of elderflowers and stale jam, a hint of caramel and salty sea. The flavour is citric and fairly refreshing, notes of elderflowers and caramel. Low bitterness, dull finish. Not great, and not something I would buy again. .

500 ml bottle, BB date 25.10.2012. Bought at Voldby Købmandsgaard. ABV is either 5.8% or 6.8% (faded print on label). Brewed with liquorice. Bottom fermented, should probably be classified as a Baltic Porter. Black colour, ruby in the highlights, low beige head. Moderate aroma, hints of liqorice, dark malts and chocolate. Thin body. Moderately acidic and fruity flavour, the roasted malts are very subdued, only a hint of liquorice and smoke. Might be impaired by age, but this one cannot possibly have been a great beer even as fresh.
