Bottle from The Hillside Brewery Shop, Longhope, Gloucestershire. Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a large foamy white head. Aromas of honey, peach and floral hops. Taste has more of the peach, honey and floral notes. Light to medium body, average carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Nice fresh modern lager.
Bottle from The Hillside Brewery, Longhope, Gloucestershire. Pours almost black with a medium sized throthy beige head. Aromas of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and nuts. Taste has more of the same notes again with added notes of fruity cherries and berries and brown bread. Medium body with a very smooth mouthfeel. Loads of flavour for the low abv. Excellent beer will definitely seek out again.
Bottle from The Hillside Brewery, Longhope, Gloucestershire. Pours an almost clear light copper colour with a huge throthy off-white head. Light aromas of honey, spice and citrus. Taste has a little more honey, spice, citrus and an earthy bitterness. Thinnish almost watery body with a smooth oily mouthfeel. Could do with more body but still decent.

Bottle from The Hillside Brewery Shop, Longhope, Gloucestershire. New Label: ‘Hops For Tomorrow Pale Ale 3.8%abv’. Pours an almost clear light amber colour with a one finger fluffy white head. A little sprinkling of sediment in the glass with lively fine carbonation. Aromas of citrus fruits and floral hops. Taste has more citrus and floral with some added spice and herbal notes. There’s also a big grassy bitterness that lasts a long time on the finish. Lightish body with a fairly lively mouthfeel. Fresh and very hoppy beer. A summer thirst quencher. The bitterness on the end is a little too harsh for me personally.
