Bottle from a beer off in Nailsworth Gloucestershire. Hazed deep amber with a very dapper, lasting and almost fully lacing, tight off white froth. Nose has old school ginger biscuit malt and grapefruit marmalade hop. Taste is a little sweet and biscuity with a good pop of ripe citrus bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Light but lingering bitterness to finish. Don’t know about some of the low ratings for this. I could easy do multiples.
