Description
Hybrid is made up of James Gilbert and Rab Lee, founded in 2016 and based in Grangemouth. We use an 8 barrel kit for our core range and more mainstream offerings, and a 2.5 barrel brew plant for the more unusual and experimental.based. We brew a mix of contemporary styles alongside traditional classic recipes.

[ As Hybrid Pink Sunshine ].Clear medium orange - pink color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, blueberry, berries, raspberry, sweet fruity - berry, artificial, peach - flowers ? Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours clear amber, nose is biscuity, toffee, grassy, taste is sweet, toffee, caramel, light fruit.

On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - pale golden with a nice fluffy head. Shiny. Nose - apples and grapes. Taste - more general fruit salad notes going on. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - good beer.

Cask at the Standing Order. Pours clear pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of creamy lemon dessert, biscuit, orange peel. Taste is light sweet, more lemon and orange. Maybe a little thin. Not bad.

Cask at cloisters. Pours black, nose is chocolate, caramel, light liquorice, hint of smoke, taste is chewy toffee, creamy, chocolate, liquorice, little thin.

Cask at the hanging bat. Pours pale pink, nose is raspberry, light banana, toffee, floral, taste is tart, zesty, raspberry, lemon.
