(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 3 Feb 2025) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, raisins and cola. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark bread, caramel, liquorice, prunes, orange peel and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced. Quite nice.

330ml can. Pours a deep black with just a hint of brown edge & a deep, glossy tan head that fades quickly. Aroma is moderately strong, dark malts, molasses, licorice to the fore.Beer is quite sweet with similar taste to the aroma on a medium body. There is something added to this stout that I do not like, not sure if its the barrels used or what as there is no ingredient list.
Not for me.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 28 Nov 2024) Hazy golden colour with big, frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, orange peel, mandarin and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, mandarin, lemon drops, white bread and a mild citric/grassy bitterness. Almost full body, with a touch of sweetness. Smooth and refreshing for its strength. Nice one.

0.33 l can from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before July 2025. A bit hazy, very dark ruby to black with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite fruity aroma of caramel, cocoa and raisins. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently fruity taste of caramel, cocoa, raisins and burnt bread crust, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little roasty finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice Mild, good mouthfeel and great balance.

Aroma of roasted malts, sweet liquorice, chocolate, some coffee. Flavour is liquorice, malty, roasty, medium to heavy sweetness. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. Alcohol is hidden fairly well. Good aroma but I found the sweetness a bit much.
