(Can) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted taste with black coffee, black bread, dark chocolate, liquorice and soy sauce. Malty, roasted taste with notes of black coffee, black bread, cacao, soy sauce, liquorice and a balanced roasty/citric bitterness. A slight acidity, probably from the coffee. More than medium body, quite sweet. Lots of coffee, but a bit one-dimensional. Still, nice one.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Slightly hazy ambery orange colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, fruity, nectary and some mild alcohol sweetness to it. Flavour is floral, some grassy, pine and spruce tips with mild sweet malts and some bitterness to it. Nicely caramelly and fruity sweet bitterness in the aftertaste.

0,3l on tap @ One Pint Pub. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is juicy malts. Flavor is juicy malts with some hops. Tropical. Decent.

(Keg at Pien Shop, 20231103) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, pine, resin, toffee and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, pine, toffee, marmalade, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste hoppy, malty and bitter. A tasty and balanced hoppy brew with strong malty body.
