Our Black Ale Chilli is our very first beer and has a bit of a kick. We add dried red chillies to the fermenter for a hint of fruit and to create a dry, spicy finish.

Aroma of roasted malts, dark chocolate,coffee, chili. Flavour is more malts and coffee, with some damn tasty peppery notes in the dry finish. It’s in the aftertaste that the chilli truly shines.

0.33 l can from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before March 2025. Black with a medium large, frothy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty, rather fruity-resiny aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, tropical fruits, some pine and light blueberry. Quite sweet, malty, rather roasty, gently fruity-resiny taste of dark chocolate, coffee, roasted hazelnut, caramel, tropical fruits, some pine and light blueberry, followed by a long, gently roasty-bitter, quite peppery finish. Medium to full body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty BIPA, rather on the roasty than the fruity side, just a tad too peppery for my liking. Good nevertheless!

Canned. Black colour with a huge beige head, that leaves lace. Somewhat lively beer. Aroma si fruity and mild spiciness. Flavour is fruity, some chocolate and mild spicy kick. Smooth brew.

Backlog February 2017. Clear amber body under a huge, creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and herbs. Taste is smooth roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and balancing chili burn. Fine body and same aftertaste. A pleasant chili beer.

Bottle. Pours hazed brown with a beige head. Aroma: rye bread, grapefruit, earthy, light chilli. Taste: light sweet & bitter, chocolate malts, grapefruit, grassy, then the chilli comes through. Medium body, lively carbonation, warming chilli finish.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Roast and a hint of chili in the aroma and flavor. Just a bit thin. Soft pepper burn in the aftertaste, slowly but steadily getting stronger. Apple syrup. Licorice. Satisfyingly balanced.
