[ As Millets Traditional Farmhouse Cider ].Clear medium to dark yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, apple skin - apple core, light sour apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart apples, apple, sour apple, apple core, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Bottle at London Gathering Nov 2005. More or less my first cider rating and difficult to learn a whole new language of tastes. Green/gold hazy cider with no head. Bit plasticy nose and some apple. Goodish apple in mouth with some good sourness. Fine.
