Hazy yellow with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, yeasty and banana. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light acidic finish. The high carbonation is disturbing. Feels more like a German than a Belgian Wheat. Has more bitterness and it’s not as soft and smooth as German Hefes. Disappointing. 060511

Gushing! Tiefröstiger Malzantrunk mit aromatischen Röst- und Schokoladennoten. Die toastartigen Noten erscheinen im Mittelteil schon fast übertrieben, ausgeglich werden sie durch eine dazu passende, nicht aufdringliche Süße. Das Malz scheint kaum noch zu enden, fast überwältigt erkennt man kaum der Hopfen, der ebenfalls ausgleicht und wenig im Vordergrund steht. Tief rlstmalziger Abgang, der noch lange mit nussigen Noten auf der Zunge bleibt. Schon etwas speziell! 12/12/8/12/9/12

Etwas hopfiger Antrunk mit würzigen Beinoten, die sich gut integrieren. Im Mittelteil etwas trocken, dennoch stimmig. Der Hopfen wird langsam von einer bitteren Note unterwandert, die sich aber nicht weiterentwickelt und deutlich hinter dem Hopfen zurückbleibt. Süffig, trotz der 6,8% erstaunlich weich und mild, erst im Abgang kommt der Alkohol in Teilen hervor, besserg gesagt er pusht die Aromen etwas. 8/9/10/11/9/10
