Description
Beer creates great excitement. It looks simple, but it actually hides many secrets. Every craft beer causes impatience before the tasting and enjoyment when you are revisiting the flavor. Its diversity of taste, aroma, texture and color is huge, sometimes it seems endless.

We consider ourselves to be passionate gourmets. We are searching for new and unusual tastes, while aiming to offer the highest quality craft beers from the selected ingredients, thus we have created Kabinet Brewery. Our beers are produced in Nemenikuće on a sunny slope at a foot of the mountain Kosmaj.

Our wish is that Kabinet Brewery, as a Cabinet of curiosities(*), gathers in one place all the amazing tastes and smells of the beer world that has long inspired us. Welcome to Kabinet Brewery.

(*) The Cabinet of curiosities or wonders– a collection of distinctive, unique items, all that is rare, strange and precious, the finest handicrafts, natural wonders, usually received and gathered from the exotic travel as an examples of the natural, geological, religious, ethnological and artistic value.

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko. Thanks! Hazy copper, small creamy off-white head. Fruity aroma, red berries, red grapes, wine, currants. Plastic underneath. Seems that the malty profile could've been promising. Phenolic. Mineral. Wine. Plastic. Seems light, watery. Very light sourness or tartness. Light finish. Gone bad.

Bottle from Kabinet. Lovely red body, slightly pinkish white head. Nice, smooth berries mixing from time to time with some phenols (wouldn't say chlorophenols though). Chlorophenols are very much evident in the overly thin body. The fruit saves this from utter failure. Good carbonation. Whatever YH72 is supposed to be like, I really hope it's not supposed to be like this. I expected so, so much more from these two breweries!

On tap at Samo Pivo Beograd. Unclear deep red/purple coloured, small off-white head, mild berries in the nose. Fruity, light berries and cinammon with touch of plums in the finish. Slightly acidic. So so.

Bottled, from Mazut, Novi Sad. Clear purple, small pink head. Aroma of blueberry and lemon. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Yeasty lemon, sulphur and blueberries. Low bitterness. As dull and pointless as you'd expect a blueberry sour to be.

Bottle. Color: Black, thin light brown head. Aroma: Coffee, mocha, chocolate. Taste: Mocha, cocoa, roasted malt, black coffee. Moderate to medium sweet and bitter. Medium body, below average carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel. Rather thin body for an Imperial Stout, otherwise ok but not that special.

Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Clear golden coloured, small white head, mild pineapple in the nose. Acidic pineapple and noticable red pepper taste with rather strong carbonation. Mild sourish finish. Interesting indeed.
