Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, marmalade, fruity, sweet malt, pale malt, caramel. Gravity dispense at Pig’s Ear ’16, 29/11/16. Light reddish amber with a moderate beige covering. Nose is sweet malts, Caramac bar, bready notes, light fruit whisper. Taste comprises candied fruit peel, sweet licks, airy malts, bread dough, light peppery spice, biscuit crumble. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close, OK.

Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Light haze on this reddish amber beer, patchy pale cream colour head. Light malts, mildly sweet. Good crystallised fruits and mild citric peel. Touch of fresher orange and mild floralness. Light semi dry finish. Tidy.
