Süßer, dunkel malziger Antrunk. Milde Bitterkeit, weich, vergorene Pflaumen, etwas Schokolade. Cremig, langer Nachhall, gut. 10/11/10/10/7/10

Drunk in Südtirol after a dinner of lamb, asparagus, and roasted potatoes with Lucente red. Darkest brown, moderate light brown head, nose of roasted malt and coffee. Nice brown sugar notes, balanced superbly by big citrusy bitterness - wow that's a great combination. Best of the Senatsbock so far this year but I still have one or two left to go.

Lol, beer #11,000 😆
Very good stout! Love the barrel aging. Smooth spicy, a bit nutty.
Another milestone from today: I now have Le petit Prince in 100 languages 🤓

In my opinion, it sounds more like a chocolate stout than a baltic porter. It is a good one, easy to drink, nice touch of sweetness, 19.03.17, at Prélaz.

Darker brown. Aroma is dried fig some date some caramel some slightly burnt melasses. Taste is quite bitter hops and melasses with only a slightly sweet dried fruit note. Quite soothing and full bodied. A bit warming. Not bad.

0,33 l bottle. BB 01/2028. A darkest mahagony to black in the glass with a nearly two finger beige foamy head. Looks really good. A lot of coffee, roasted malt, nuts and licorice on the nose. Taste starts strong roasty malty, choco, lactose, increasing licorice. Very low carbonated. Long lasting dark aftertaste. Less alcoholic than expected. Really nice stuff.
