Bottle 33 cl. Made with organic Solero hops in my version - not Callista. Pours a cloudy, opaque amber with a small, rough, off-white head. Medium body, toffee and caramel but very dry and with a massively bitter finish. Apparently the Solero hops offer no aromatic qualities, just plain bitterness. 051025

Bottle only claims 11% ABV No head, jet-black beer pouring as motor oil. Alcohol a mile out, even almost paintthinner, solvent; roast. Roast, nuts, roasted hazelnuts, meatroast, dry alcohol, alcohol from the wood. Rum dominates the character. Very dry, viscous, dense. Alcoholheat, fiery. Long lasting flavours. Punch-in-the-face. But not that bad...

Shortlived tan head over almost black beer. Ink, sweet bread, holly, cocos. Sweet cocos, copra, coconut oil, coconut waste. Liquidized Bounty. Very well-bodied, viscous. Mild to good carbonation. Hmmpff. Not my idea of a Bock. And the cocos is pure overload. Bottle from Getränkenfeinkost Leipzig

Bottle from Gabriel - Cheers! 🍻🍻🤟🤟
Thick creamy tan head in a dark brown coloured body.
Toffee, roasted & blueberry aroma.
Medium bodied, creamy with a dry back.
Malt, toffee, blueberry, roasted & liquorice tastes with a burnt finish.
Rather similar to an Irish Dry Stout - Nice.
