A clear one, golden in color and with a thin layer of bubbles. Sweetish apple aroma, not much else going on. The flavor is equally one dimensional, not bad in any way, just boring. Medium body, a bit hard on carbonation. A drinkable one, but rather boring and one tracked. 110820

Bottle, 70cl. A flat one, golden in color. Rather acidic on the nose, with unripe apples. Very acidic flavor, lots of apple, some hints of apple cores. Dry, palate cleansing and quenching, maybe a bit intense. With the right food, I guess it would be nice though. 110820
