Bottle from Hipercor. Hazy golden coloured, some bubbles. Nose is phenoles, cheese, acetic acid, apple. Flavour is apple, slight acidic, dry, fruity, slightly watery. Aroma is better than the flavour.

Aroma has leathery notes, apples, sugary tones and distant urinal cake notes. Also a feeling of white wine – perhaps due to the bottle? Flavour has white wine, woody notes, some apples and acidic tones. Leathery and slightly floury palate. Feels even more like white wine – this time I am sure it is not the bottle.
