Corked Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy gold with a few bubbles for head. Aroma is slightly tart apple. Arguably med body. It's tart/dry. Tart stands in for bitter. Green apple skin is most of the flavor. Tart/dry cider with some skin is good cider.

Bottle @Saxo's. Clear golden, small white frothy head. Nice apple and funk aroma, a little white wine. Funky apple flavour, some acidity, a little glue, a little acetone.

Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich sour apples, fruits, citrus, lactose acid, little barnyard and has a nice sour finish.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is apple, tart, green apple, apple skin, apple vinegar, funky apples. Flavor is moderate to eavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, apple skin, apples, medium dry, apple peel - apple core, green apples, funk, finish is quit dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20200408]

Many thanks to fombe89 for this 70cl bottle. Sulphur appley nose. The Sidra starts smooth carbonated and very dry. Lots of tart tannins in the back, sulphur, ripe sour apples. Smooth in the aftertaste, sour but fruity with the tannins on the tongue. Fresh and highly drinkable, earthy hints, refreshing with not too much depth buts hints of vinegar. Interesting but nice and typical.

Bottle - Light barnyard and pear with soft apple. Cloudy gold. As it smells with a nice acidic hit and a clean finish. Easy drinking.
