Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Lowenbrau. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a tiny white head. Dry and astringent, funky apple aroma. Light body, tart, salty, leathery and very funky apple aromas. Ends more dry than tart. Very good. 150313

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pale golden with no head.Aroma and taste of sweet apple and apple mousse. Dry and a bit tart finish. Quite pleasant for the style.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Hazy golden with a tiny white lacing. Aroam nd flavour of apple vinegar, very tart and suplhuric, I have trouble identifying apple aromas and flavours. Very bad.
