On our organic farm ​in beautiful Somerset ​we are blessed with wonderfully clear, pure, natural spring water and amazing traditional cider orchards from which we make our delicious, sparkling Organic Fruit Pressés and ​Ciders. We grow, harvest, press and bottle our drinks making them with the finest quality organic ingredients so that every drink is delicious!

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, musty funk. Taste is apple, fruity, meaty, funk, with some mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

Bag in a box at Bank Cliftonville. Clear gold colour no head. Some cider vinegar aroma. Sweet in mouth. Some apple juice. Not overly sweet. Some dryness and tannin even. Had worse ciders. OK I thought. Sweet to the tooth.

Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As King Brain Cider - Sweet ].ABV: 6.0%. Light unclear medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, soft apples, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity, apples, apple pie - apple porridge, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20151203] 7-2-6-3-13

Bag in a box at The Harbour Arms Margate. Cloudy pale gold no head. aggressive dry tannin. bit of a shock to be honest. but settles down into a drying cider. ok.

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is crisp apples. Mild citric. Sweet, fruity, crisp hoppy and light tart into a medium sweet finish.

Polycask @ 29th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2012, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Light light unclear light to medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, horse blanket, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, light dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20121205]
