An orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with an acidic corn note. The flavor is sweet with light note of caramel, leading to a dry bitter slightly cardboardy end. The body is thin.

A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is primarily of corn, which lends it a bit of acidity, but there’s also faint notes of malt to be noticed. The flavor is malty with a light citrusy notes, and the body is thin. Boring.

Small white head, light yellow body with very slight ongoing carbonation. Light fruity malt aroma. Taste is acidic straw with a touch of apple and resiny, bitter aftertaste. Unusual, but not really very nice. No off taste. (0.5l can.)

Medium white creamy head over light brown body. Milky, rubbery aroma with a hint of grass. Taste is deep sweetish malts with smoky, roasty notes and grassy, bitter aftertaste. Slightly metallic, almost nutty bitterness. Well balanced, nice. (0.44l can (it *is* stated, actually).)

Rerate, filtered and pasteurised, can: The size is not printed on the can (ommitting this is illegal in Norway), I suspect the size is 440 ml, not the usual 500 ml. ABV is 4.7%. Deep golden colour, decent head. Pleasant aroma of butterscotch and aromatic hops. Moderate carbonation. Flavour has toffee and butterscotch but also tolerable hops in the finish. Not bad. Original rating: Draught, at Cardinal, Stavanger. Unpasteurised, and allegedly unfiltered - but the beer was crystal clear. The pasteurised and filtered bottled version will be available from May 1. 2006. The unpasteurised keg was 1 week old upon sampling. Deep golden colour, like a Danish "Classic". Moderate head. Aroma and flavour of butterscotch (diacetyl), mellow and well rounded. Served by accident with a 100% CO2 carbonation, would normally be served with a 20% nitrogen and 80% oxygen mix. Will rerate if the bottled version is significantly different.
