Lovely looking ale. A bit hazy amber color with a fine off white head. Nice lacing also. Hmmm then…. The aroma is very rich dried fruits. It feels like there is some yeast also. Medium + body. Slightly sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation. Herbal, caramel and wee heavy dried fruity flavor. Ehhh it reminded me of an homebrew we made that turned really wrong. Impossible to drink all of it. Kitchen sink.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Gavnø Slotsbryggeriet Indian Pale Ale ].Light unclear medium amber orange color with a huge, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity hops, apricot. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet fruit, candy, apricot, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle.Almost black colour with medium creamy beige head.Aroma of chocolate and roasted malt.Flavor is weak and overall a bit thin but with hint of cocoa and coffee.

Bottle. Hazy dark ruby colour with small head. Aroma is sweet and malty, hint of caramel, and flavour of plastic and hops, thin and unbalanced, with short and odd finish.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Gavnø¸ Slotsbryggeriet Nostradamus Pilsner ].ABV: 5.4%. Unclear medium yellow color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, sour malt, grass - silage. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, sour malt, hay, vegetables, silage, sweet vegetables. Bottle. Dark golden colour with large white head. Aroma of Belgian style beer with strong taste of yeast champagne and hops, nice fresh crispy taste and hoppy and flowery finish.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy golden, gushing head. Honey and grass up front. Sweetish with medium body and clean, spritzy mouthfeel. Stale grass and sugar followed by a lightly bitter finish.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy amber, huge lively head. Floral winegum aroma. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with caramel, winegums and medicinal notes Mid bitter finish.

Pours hazy orange with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, orange and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A sparkling, hazy, golden beer topped by a big, diminishing, dense, off-white head. The aroma is quite fruity and zesty, with some caramel malts. Rather boring. The flavor is pretty much the same, but at least there’s some bitterness to add a little joy. Medium body, quite effervescent, semi-sweet. Fruity finish with a yeasty touch. Not very interesting this one, and not very good either. 141024
