Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy pale golden. No banana, instead there is slight notes of salty wheat crackers. Light-mediu mbody with rounded mouthfeel, surprising spicy bitterness. Pretty much as far away a wheat based beer can be from a hefeweizen.

2010 750ml bottle, #103. Aged in French Oak Casks
Appearance: Slightly hazy golden/straw with a nice creamy white head and lots of lacing left in the glass
Aroma: Floral, Belgian candy and citrus
Taste: Belgian candy, oak, earthy and some hop bitterness in the finish
This is a good beer. Easy drinkability, the alcohol is well hidden. Very crisp, dry and clean.
This is a beer that is released yearly. I have not had any from previous years, but from the reviews it sounds like it is getting better every year they brew it.
