Shared with ibrew2or3. thanks Dave. What a gem this one was. amber color, tan head. amazing hop aroma, this is indeed a massive mastodon like hop crushing experience. lots of pine, grapefruit, got watermelon as well. This is not doing it justice, but, a perfect nose, huffing a whole pine forest in a glass, very fresh. Last DIPA that left such a mark, was Alpine Exponential Hoppiness, this one is just as fantastic. flavors are identical, thick hoppy palate, i keep geting some fresh watermelon mixed in with outstanding dry hopping. piney hops, lots of tropical fruits, some bitter citrus and grapefruit, while keeping a mild malty character.

Draught at the brewpub. Black, small coarse beige head. Heavily roasty coffee aroma. Sweet and well rounded with medium body. Flavours of mocca and dark chocolate lead to a short salty finish. The one beer at Red Rock that did not feel edgy.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear pale amber. Dry and somewhat caramelly. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Dusty, grassy resiny hops paves the way to a slightly inky finish. Primitive.
