About
Two Beers Brewing Co. began operations in a small Seattle basement in 2007 and today, produces more than 14 unique beers including year rounds, seasonal and a host of intricate infusions in its SoDo-based brewery.
In 2016 Two Beers Brewing and Seattle Cider Company – which shared the same leadership team - were bough by the French farmer-run cooperative Agrial, the leading French cider producer. Two Beers is part of the drinks division Eclor of Agrial.

Draught. Dark orange with white head. Evergreen and citrus aroma, sweet but not too sweet. Full mouth hop flavour, citrus and melon without being overwhelming.

16 oz can poured. Totally unrecognizable as a can from Two Beers. I would have guessed probably any other brewery before guessing these guys. Awesome! This might be the first tallboy I've seen from them too. Maybe. Funky can that caught my eye from across the room. A strange reddish orange hazy pour that also matches no other beer i've had. A rocky foam head. I expected this brew to be the ultimate refreshing summer beer. It sure is a tasty one. A floral and berry like flavor combination that is enticing. Just want to drink more and more to try to lock down what it is I'm tasting. It's a fun game to play. I'm usually wrong, but I'm okay with that. A matching floral and sweet berry aroma. Gritty grain, and only a touch bitter. Otherwise this is super smooth and delicious. Didn't think I'd be so on board with a Rosé IPA. Surprised how much I enjoyed this.

Fra fat på Bøker &Børst april-18: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig, lys og fruktig aroma og smak med stor friskhet og drikkeflaske. Fersken/aprikos med søte appelsiner og hint av lime.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of yeast, piney hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is bitter and yeasty, with plenty of dirty, earthy yeast, bitter hops and biscuity malt. Harsh and dirty. Not great.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A thick, creamy, juice yellow orange pour that could hide in a crowd of orange juice. Cream foam head. A fresh feel to the aroma. Cream, orange fruit. Not the most flavorful hazy here, but what's there is very nice. A gentle citrus bite, papery grains, melon linger. This hitbthe spit after a long work day. It's refreshing, and easy drinking. Little more of the flavor that's here, in my opinion, and this would be something really special.

Hazy medium amber colour, good two finger frothy beige head, good retention, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, caramel, dark bread, light lemon, nutty notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, bread, light fruity and earthy notes. Dry malty sweetbitter aftertaste, peppery notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, clean but kind of rough ale, okay.

12oz can pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is light floral a little wet grass and cereal. Taste is more of the wet grassy floral and a little soap.
