(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 4 Oct 2013) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with caramel, red fruit and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, orange peel, apricots, rye bread and a generous earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Bottled@SBWF2013. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral with quite strong caramel and toffee as well. Flavour is toffee, caramel, some fruity and floral notes along with some mild wooden notes.

Draught@SBWF2013. Deep golden colour, mediumsized white head which leaves some lace. Aroma is quite bready and earthy with some slight hayish and grassy notes as well. Mild citrus too. Flavour is citrus, some bready and earthy notes along with mild toffee and some cellary notes. A bit like Kellerbier meets Czech pils.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 3 Oct 2013) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of grass, hay, bready malt, hints of citrus and fresh grassy hops. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, grainy malt, hay, citrus and a solid grassy bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Well made and very tasty lager, this was quite a nice surprise. Nice one.
