Bottle at home in Northern Ireland, picked up from Crumlin Tesco. A mostly clear orange golden coloured pour with a big frothy white head. Aroma is bit weird, mellow brett infection, jammy fruits, apple, woody. Flavour is composed of tangy tart fruits, apple, woody, brett, tart underripe berries, hint of caramel. Palate is over carbonated, tangy, frothy,. Unintentional brett ipa.

Bottle from Tesco, Enniskillen [150116]
Yelllow orange, hazy, large white head
Aroma of pale fruits, hint of apricot, light sour fruits
Taste of yeast esters, sweet pale fruits, soft toast fruits, peppery, farmyard ale, yeasty, little unusual
Palate - Medium carb and body, quite fizzy though, soft spicy. Finish of soft tart fruits, peppery linger
Overall - Interesting, one of the better beers from Hilden, but I found one bottle to be enough
