Lett uklar/grumsete lys amber med fluffy høy topp som skummer over kanten av glasset. Aroma; koriander, malt, nellik, humle, lett kanel og noe hint av lys karamell. Smak; kanel, hvetemalt (?), Humle, koriander, urter. Lite ettersmak. Grei munnfølelse med akkurat passe kullsyre. Delt med Leif. Batch 44.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Almost clear mahogany colour, fizzy head. Aroma of ginger and cinnamon. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Syrupy bread covered in peppermint, ginger and cinnamon. Low to medium bitterness.

Poured from 330mL bottle (thanks Rune). Gushed everywhere upon opening. Cloudy dull amber with small white head. Mild cinnamon, feint coffee.

ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, spiced, X-mas spices, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, spicy bitter, spicy, X-mas spices, toffee, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle (thanks Gaute!). Hazy ambery brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is spicy, mild tartness, some sweet dried fruits and mild herbs. Flavour is spices, some tart wood, mild sweet fruits and a bit herbal and bitter tones too. Somewhat dry palate.
