Second Batch:Again, honeyish yellow-golden body, lasting white head. The aroma is much more fresh now, funky, much more evident quince, sweetish, slightly grainy. Perfumey. The quince is much more evident in this batch, slightly more sour, simple, quite nice, earthy, mildly fruity. True to style, and though light, quite drinkable. Definitely an improvement. First Batch:From Pivoteka, shared with Ogivlado and Hrabren. Misty honeyish yellow-golden body, laaasting thick white head. Lovely. Pleasant honeyish, grainy, funky aroma, true to style. Lean, funky taste, grainy notes, vaguely fruity, with all things added well integrated, dry. Quite drinkable, huge carbonation. Hmm... somehow lacks the fullness and some complexity of its homebrewed predecessor, but it’s a good beer nonetheless.
