Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours cloudy light amber with thin white head. Aroma of honey, sulphur, hay, blossom. Taste bitter, with some sweetness. A bit watery, but not bad at all!

Fra flaske på M2: lett uklar med kort skum. Lukter blomster og kokte grønnsaker. Fin bitterhet i smak og ettersmak gjør den lett å helle innpå. Delte meninger rundt bordet. Nr. 4 til å rate denne!

Unclear amber color with a fine tan head. Roasted, fruity and hoppy aroma. Ok lacing. Not very BIPA-ish. Medium body and an average carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Bready, fruity, grassy, mild hoppy and roasted flavor. Decent beer, but not very BIPA-ish.

500 ml bottle, soon available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Some sediment in the bottle. Golden to orange colour, low white head. Quite nice floral aroma, hints of honey and fresh sea air. Medium dry flavour, some woody notes, fairly distinct bittering hops in the finish and aftertaste.

50cl bottle (#1520336) from Gulating ølutsalg, Strømmen. Pours hazy brown to amberish with an off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt with some earthy notes, tropical fruits, pine, citrus, caramel and hints of herbs and coffee. Moderate sweet with at first slightly confusing flavours, but as the temperature rise it gets more balanced. Not close to black and not so close to an IPA either in my opinion, but certainly elements from both and in the end quite okay. Fairly flavourful and a quite nice bitterness. Not sure if I would buy this one again, but would like to try more from the brewery.
