50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight breadish. Breadish, mild bitter and toasted into the finish. Dry and malty.

0,5 flaske (bb.010517) indkøbt hos Maltbazaren, Rødovre: let uklar brunlig farve med gardinskum. Frugtig aroma med friskt brød. Behagelig smag hvor også blomstertoner og nogle krydderier melder sig. Let bitterhed, også i afslutningen. En fin sommerdrik i solskinnet på altanen i Sandbjerggade.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a fully gone head. Aroma is roasted malty, light chemical. Bitter. Roasted, breadish and chocolate. Bitter and smooth fruity. Lingering dark malty and light wooden. Slight herbal into the finish.

[ As Maltbazaren Alliance Cognac Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, alcohol - coqnac. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration, chocolate, roasted, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcohol - coqnac. [20140524]

Bottle at cafe globen . Clear brown smooth light brown head. Flowers honey and sweet malts in the aroma.also a nutty bitterness. Quite a lot going on. Flavor is syrupy figs flowers faint sourness malts
