Bottle 330ml. [ As Maister Vega Pale Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light moderate hoppy, grass, peach notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grapefruit - peach, grapes, pale malt, sweet malt. 30-10-16 // bottle from a trade with MarkoNm. Thanks!! Pours a hazy orange beer, small white head. Nose is quite fruity hoppy. Beer starts with a medium sweet malty base. Draft @ Pivo & Burger Fest Oct’16, Ljubljana. Orange vers ambre, col crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme offre un côté grains et levure rappelant une inspiration belge, cara pâle, houblonné plus en retrait. Palais est malté, pils et pâle, touche de caramel, au profil nettement plus pale ale que IPA. Léger en amertume avec un fini sec versant sur les côté grains concassés Caramel pâle, grillé et touche de chocolaté avec encore une amertume arrivant en retrait.

Draft @ Pivo & Burger Fest Oct’16, Ljubljana. Orange/dorée, col crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme fruité, agrumes, rétro assez moyen, centré sur les malts, avec petit effet herbacé voire pin? Palais est malté, pâle, un peu de grains en fin de bouche et perdurant, houblonné léger avec un agréable fleuri et herbacé. Levure reste en retrait pour un caractère plutôt sec, grains. Note de pin?

Ein Kumpel hat mir mal gesagt, dass wenn das Pale Ale einer Brauerei einmal ausgezeichnet ist, dann das IPA noch viel besser sein muss. Dementsprechend habe ich mich nach dem vorzüglichen Vega Pale Ale der Brauerei. Auch wenn es diesen Erwartungen nicht gerecht wurde, so ist es nach wie vor ein sehr gutes Bier, aber das Pale Ale ist einfach einen Tick besser. Aber ich glaube, man sollte beide BIere (die wirklich super sind) probieren und sich eine eigene Meinung bilden.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, flowers, fruits, malt, citrus and hops. Nice fruity finish.

Für mich eines der besten Pale Ales. Hier wird vielleicht nicht das historisch große Bier geliefert, aber auf jeden Fall ein ausgezeichnetes Bier, das eine feine Auswahl an allen Aromen hat, das ein PA braucht und trotzdem nicht alltäglich ist.
