As San Diego's first and only Brewery/Winery/Restaurant, we pride ourselves on putting everything we have into the things we do and push the boundaries of creative products to share with our guests.
Our beers are focused on drinkability, merging inspirational flavors from our restaurant and winery to create one of a kind products.
Our tasting room is attached to our restaurant, The Cork and Craft. We're open every day except for Monday, including lunch during the work week, and brunch on Sundays. We not only offer our own beers on tap, but many other guest beers from around the world that we share our 40 taps with. We feature flights of our own beers which can be enjoyed in the bar, restaurant or on our heated outdoor patio.

On tap at Abnormal, pours black with a small dark brown head. Aroma brings out bright coffee upfront, with medium roast. Flavour is robust, with lots of dark coffee, medium roasted malt, and a touch of sweetness to balance it out. Pretty damn impressive imperial coffee stout - top tier stuff. Lovely.

On tap at Abnormal, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes, toasted bready and a bit of a vegetal character. Flavour is along the same lines, with vegetal and herbal notes. Toasted bready finish. Not too impressive but it's alright.

On tap at Abnormal, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, some esters and straw. Flavour is along the same lines, with saison yeast, straw, and some estery bubblegum. Not exactly authentic, but it works.

On tap at Abnormal, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out pot-like hops, with biscuity malt and herbal dankness. Flavour is pretty gentle, with cereal malt, grainy notes, and gentle dank hops. Grainy and clean, but not overly interesting.

On tap at Abnormal, pours jet black with a medium dark brown head. Aroma brings is loaded with vanilla, lactose, cocoa and light cherries. Flavour is unbelievably complex, with lots of lactose, cocoa and cherry upfront and dominating. Incredibly cohesive, rich and complex. Phenomenal.

On tap at Abnormal, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with fresh roasted peanuts, with subdued cocoa and a hint of vanilla. Flavour is like liquid Reese's Pieces, with liquid peanut butter, cocoa, and vanilla. It's very sweet and sugary, but in small amounts, this is decadent. Super complex, rich dessert beer. Lovely.

On tap at Abnormal, pours an opaque bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out brut yeast upfront, with gentle resinous hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour reveals the champagne yeast nicely, with piney hops, dry yeast, and biscuity malt. Almost no residual sweetness, yet the hops still have room to breathe. Really solid.
