Can (from Beer Republic). Hazy amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some blackberries, mild tartness and vanilla to it. Flavour is blackberries, some tartness, vanilla and some mild cinnamon and some wooden tones. Quite nicely balanced.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, ripe fruits, hazelnuts, mild coffee and cinnamon. Flavour is liquorice, cinnamon, some pecan and hazel nuts, mild alcohol sweetness and a gentle touch of vanilla as well. A bit boozy, but still a very nice sipper.

On tap at Abnormal, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of orange juice, orange rind, and resinous hops. Flavour is similar, with resinous hops, orange rind, orange juice, and seltzery notes. Sweet and orangey finish. Doesn't have the hop power I want or the body to support the hops. Not great.

On tap at Abnormal, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very dank, with melon, pot-like hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is clumsy, with tangy hops, some seltzery notes, and moderate dankness. Very seltzery palate, with a grainy finish. Not great.

On tap at Abnormal, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is mineraly, with sweet malt and toasted grains — nothing resembling a proper alt. Flavour has a very light malt character, with tons of mineraly notes. This isn't on point at all. Nothing egregious but this is way off-style.

12oz can pours dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice big roast coffee some chocolate. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate rich roast coffee notes and a nice finish.
