Bottle from Utobeer. A good looking BCA, black/dark brown with thick lasting beige head. Some coffee choc powder on aroma. Strength is well hidden. Some spice on aroma. Some dark fruits too. Pretty competent and very drinkable. Nice black cherry fnish with choc and a touch of spice and liquorice. Decent.

Hand-pulled cask, third pint, at GBBF 08. Shining palisander in body appearance. Thin, off-white head. Malty smell. Some sweet malt in flavour, otherwise disappointing with light and short mouthfeel. Weak bodied for its alcohol strength. Easy drinking (07.08.2008).
