Description
We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Thank you for being on this journey with us and we hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making it!

19th Oct 2025: 440ml can @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Gathering 2025. Misty gold, white head. Nice to try this again.. definitely an improvement on last time with a soothing exotic character taming the Swedish hostile hot salsa.

17th Aug 2018: Keg @ Coracle. Pours unclear amber, off white topping. Aroma has light bittersweet fruit. Light on the palate for the strength, soft juicy tropics, dank, unclear fruity notes, moderately sweet. Doesn't grab me.

Can. Mosaic hops. Hazy orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, light creamy sweetness. Nibbly hop spice in the mid. Soft mango. Little tangy citrus. Mild pine. Light finish brings a mild citric peel bitterness. It's not blowing me away with it's flavours but it has that well joined up and near indefinable drinkability.

440ml can from Ghost Whale. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pine, herbal notes, citrus, grass and earthiness. Taste is crisp, juicy fruity and grassy with some citrus, grapefruit, pine, herbal and tropical notes. Finish is sweetish, crisp and fruity with some pine, grapefruit and citrus, hints of tropical fruits and herbal notes. Okay, but not really a NEIPA.
