Description
We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Thank you for being on this journey with us and we hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making it!

Hazy gold beer, patchy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, semi sweet. Tangy orange and a fair bit of apple. A wrong un.

Almost clear amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light and dry with reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy malts, some caramel. Tangy orange peel. Some awkward tasting hop skunk, slightly off. Floral hop. Trace of hop spice. Slightly messy but the overall experience is not terrible at all.

Light haze on this amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has decent fine minerally carbonation. Sweetish dry malts, some milky sweetness. Citric hops but with a slightly odd tang. Red berries. Unsweet tropical fruits. Light floralness on the thin semi dry finish. It feels a bit awkward but is not bad by any means.

Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield. Hazy, copper colour. Film, and a ring, of off white head. Nose has jammy, resinous hop spice. Some marmalade. Smells ok, albeit a little stewed. Taste has an initial sticky sweetness, that turns oily and resinous bitter. Pretty full mouthfeel. Soft carbonation makes for a bit of hard work. Resinous, oily bitter finish. It’s certainly hoppy, but comes across heavy, and overly bitter.
